Large gyms & workout classes can feel intimidating
Traditional Gyms and Big workout classes can feel intimidating, especially if you’re just getting back into training or starting for the first time. Our small group classes hold no more than 8 people per class, meaning you get the personal training experience, everyday of the week. We help you progress at your own pace & work around any individual circumstances.
Lack of Support
Without proper coaching or a plan to follow, many women are left guessing their way through workouts. This lack of support often leads to frustration, wasted time, and eventually giving up altogether, not because they don’t want it, but because nobody showed them how.
Unwelcoming Environments

I started training at the CNR gym with Sophie, when I was 5 weeks postpartum with my 3rd baby. I’m 10 months postpartum now and absolutely love the environment and space she’s created. Sophie, Lucy and Bronte are well educated and experienced trainers, very supportive and you can tell they actually care for all their members. The energy is unmatched. Classes range from strength training, boxing, conditioning, mat pilates. I could not recommend this gym more!!!
